CoolTimes Services have now performed two split system installations at different properties as well as periodic servicing of units. I found them to be reasonably priced, prompt and reliable. From  office staff and on site quotes to installation and servicing, the team are  happy to help and take that extra step to make a difference. CoolTimes are now my go to for air conditioning.

The Tradies assigned to the job were on time, communicative of the processes involved and left the job site clean and tidy. Each one of them knew what they had to do. It was like clockwork. Even down to the timing of the electricians turning up. I have been in the building game for 40 yrs and they are 100% up there with the best. The team were polite, accomodating,quick, and fun to be around. Very reasonably priced aswell. We needed ducted aircon for medical reasons and had a tight budget, but these folks made it work and were a pleasure to deal with. Install day was made as painless as possible, even though I was home with 3 kids - one of whom was a sick, teething, angry baby! They were considerate and efficient. Do you work on both homes and commercial properties?

Yes. We install, replace, repair and service residential and commercial air conditioning. Our commercial work includes offices, retail, schools, childcare, aged care and other facilities.

Can you arrange ongoing commercial maintenance?

Yes. Talk to us about the systems at your premises, how the building is used and your maintenance requirements. We can discuss a service schedule suited to your equipment and operating needs.

Can you help with an urgent breakdown?

Send an online repair enquiry with the system type, fault and any error code. For a time-sensitive fault, you can also call 07 3823 5870 to discuss availability. Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 6 am to 4 pm.

Can my existing ductwork be reused?

Sometimes. Its condition, sizing and compatibility with the replacement unit all matter. We assess existing ductwork and controls before recommending what can stay and what needs changing.

A split system can suit a room or open-plan space. Ducted systems can serve multiple rooms with zoning options. Your layout, usage, available space and budget help determine the right fit.
