What is the difference between MyPlace and MyAir?
MyAir manages compatible air conditioning and zone airflow. MyPlace brings supported home controls together, and can work with MyAir and MyLights when the required equipment is installed.
Can MyAir be added to my existing ducted system?
It may be possible, but the exact air-conditioner model, controller, zoning and installation need assessment. Send photos and model details so we can discuss the next step.
Does every room get a separate temperature setting?
Not automatically. Individual temperature control depends on compatible sensors, zone hardware and the system design. We can explain what is included in your proposed setup.
Can I control the system from my phone?
Supported apps can provide mobile control with a compatible setup. Remote access depends on the network, internet connection and the installed system. Use the manufacturer guidance for your version.
Can it control my existing lights, blinds or garage door?
Some equipment can be integrated with suitable modules and installation work. Compatibility and available functions must be checked for each device; not every product connects directly.
Do I need to install everything at once?
