Can you reuse my existing ducts?
Possibly. Their condition and design must suit the new unit and the rooms being served. Damaged, poorly insulated or unsuitable ducts may need attention even if the old unit is the part that failed.
Can I keep my ceiling vents?
Sometimes, depending on their condition, placement and the airflow needed. We assess them as part of the overall installation rather than promising a like-for-like swap before inspecting it.
Do I need a bigger air conditioner?
Not necessarily. The right capacity depends on the home, the rooms being conditioned and the system design. Tell us about any renovations and comfort problems so they can be considered.
How long will the replacement take?
