Does a cassette need ceiling space?
Yes. The indoor unit needs a suitable ceiling void and installation clearances. An under-ceiling system may be an alternative where space is limited.
Can a cassette provide fresh air?
Some models support a fresh-air connection, but ventilation requirements and capacity need a separate design assessment. Recirculated cooling alone is not a complete ventilation solution.
Can you replace or service a cassette?
Yes. Send the model details and tell us about the ceiling, access and any faults so we can discuss the next step.
