Cool Cleaner Premium Air Conditioning Service

Here at Cooltimes Services, we have developed our own Premium Air Conditioning Service that we call Cool Cleaner Premium Service. This is a pressure sprayer solution that fully cleans and sanitises your split system air conditioner. This major air conditioning service is recommended to be done at least once every 3 years to ensure the longevity of your air conditioner unit.

You know you are ready for a major air conditioning service when:

The airflow coming out of the unit does not seem to be as strong as it use to be or the room takes longer to cool then previous years.
You can visually see a build up of mould inside the unit.
The indoor unit starts vibrating or making unusual noises.
Some parts of the unit blow more air than other parts.
Rising power bills.

A major service consists of the following:

Remove plastic covers from the indoor unit in preparation for cleaning.
Apply Viper Heavy Duty ™ coil cleaner to the indoor coil. This will aid in the removal of contaminants from the coil.
Then we will use a low-pressure cleaner to wash away all dirt and contaminants from the coil. A specially designed bag will be attached to catch any water that overflows from the drain pan.
The cross-flow fan and drain pan will be washed with the low-pressure cleaner and the drain line flushed.
The filters and outer casing will be taken outside for a degrease and clean, ready for re-installation.
Viper Pan & Drain ™ will then be sprayed into the drain pan. The silicone detergents coat the pan and drain with a lubricative film which will improve flow and help prevent blockages.
The indoor unit will then be reassembled, and the coil coated with Viper Evap +(tm). This product remains active for 72 hours, using the coils condensation to spread this ensures the coil is odour free.
Lastly, we will complete all checks that are conducted during the general service.
